1. Ownership and Purpose: SST Pro Tools is a proprietary personal productivity and cloud document workspace operated by SMART SKILLS & TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE (SST Pro).
2. File Privacy: All uploaded files, documents, images, and PDF edits are strictly private to your registered account. Uploaded contents are stored outside public web directories and are never made publicly accessible unless you explicitly generate an authenticated share link.
3. Data Collection: We collect only essential authentication credentials (name, email, cryptographic password hashes) and basic audit logs (upload/download timestamps and IP addresses) for account security and quota accounting.
4. Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information or document contents to any third parties.
5. Retention and Deletion: Trashed files can be recovered by the user or permanently erased. When you delete a file permanently, all associated file versions and stored disk binaries are irreversibly destroyed.
